Terms of Service

Service

InstantRealtor provides AI-assisted virtual staging, hosted property tours, QR signs, analytics, contact forms, and optional print fulfillment. Virtual staging is illustrative and must not be represented as the property’s current physical condition.

Listing publication and MLS

Your property is published on InstantRealtor.com. MLS submission and distribution to Zillow or Realtor.com are not currently included. Neither the $29 nor the $39 package includes submission to a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) or automatic distribution to third-party property portals. Any future MLS service would require a separate offer and agreement.

Your authority

You confirm that you own or are authorized to market each property and that you have all rights required to upload, retrieve, transform, publish, and print submitted photographs, logos, and other materials.

Free property and fees

Eligible new accounts receive one promotional property credit. It is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is consumed when the first property is created. Additional properties are charged at the displayed price. Printed products are optional and priced separately.

Prepaid property credits

Purchased credits do not expire and do not create a subscription. Each Sell It credit covers one Sell It property; each Enhanced credit covers one Enhanced property. Promotional or flexible credits can cover either package. A credit is allocated when a property is created or an existing unpaid property is covered. Retrying a failed staging job on the same property does not use another credit. Completed payments add credits once. Refunded purchases reduce the corresponding credit balance; a refund after credits have been used can offset future credits of that type.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or confidential material. Do not use staged images to conceal defects or misrepresent permanent structural features. PCSI may suspend abusive or fraudulent accounts.

AI and availability

AI output can contain errors and must be reviewed before publication or printing. Processing times and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. Third-party payment, AI, email, shipping, and print services have their own terms.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and PCSI’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
