Information we process

We process account and contact details, property information, uploaded photographs, authorization records, support messages, tour analytics, transaction references, and optional shipping addresses for print orders.

How information is used

Information is used to operate accounts, create staged content and tours, fulfill orders, deliver leads and service messages, prevent abuse, support customers, and maintain financial and security records.

Service providers

Content and necessary personal data may be sent to providers that supply AI processing, payments, email delivery, hosting, analytics, printing, and shipping. Payment credentials are submitted directly to Stripe and are not stored by InstantRealtor.

Public content

Published tour pages, staged images, property information, seller or agent branding, and contact calls-to-action may be publicly accessible through their URLs and QR codes.

Retention and choices

Account and property content is retained while needed to provide the service and for legitimate security, legal, and financial purposes. Account deletion disables access and public tours while required audit records may be retained. Contact [email protected] for privacy requests.

Security

PCSI uses access controls and encryption for configured secrets, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
